Department of War (DoW) Past performance

Defense Collaboration Services (DCS)

Overview: An open-source enterprise collaboration platform on SIPRNet and NIPRNet: 8.5 million SLOC across multiple data centers.
iCES role: Prime contractor.
What we delivered: iCES Corporation developed and integrated the Defense Collaboration Services platform for DoW enterprise use.
Competed against Adobe Connect and Cisco WebEx, and unseated Adobe Connect.
Results: 1M+ active users in 90+ countries
30K concurrent users
DoD Value Engineering Award for performance and cost savings

NOAA Past performance

Overview: Cybersecurity and modernization of NOAA satellite ground systems, including GOES-R and JPSS.
iCES role: Prime contractor on a $50M contract.
What we delivered: Implemented NIST SP 800-53 security requirements and supported the RMF.
Maintained security through development and operations.
Incorporated AI into cybersecurity processes, including RAG solutions for security documentation and ML log analysis.
ML-based IDS/IPS for malware detection in encrypted traffic on PAAN.
PAAN became a program serving NOAA, NASA, Space Force, and international partners including the Indian Space Agency, South Korea, and Spain.
Results: 15 FISMA systems secured, including GOES-R and JPSS

Intelligence Community Research

Overview: SBIR applied research in AI/ML and cybersecurity for the Intelligence Community.
iCES role: Prime contractor on multiple SBIRs (Phase I and Phase II), in partnership with GWU School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS).
What we delivered: R&D applying ML to heterogeneous information.
Cybersecurity research.
Builds on this applied AI/ML research toward Quantum Machine Learning (QML) for complex mission problems.

Department of War (DoW) Past performance

Overview: Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and SysML workforce development for DoW engineers.
iCES role: Prime contractor. iCES Corporation developed and built the program and taught part of the course; Georgia Tech taught the other part and granted college credits.
Challenge: Engineering teams needed practical MBSE and SysML skills to modernize how complex systems are designed and managed.
What we delivered: MBSE/SysML training program developed and built by iCES Corporation, co-taught with Georgia Tech.
Results: 500+ engineers trained
