    Mission-critical DoW initiatives

    • Developed Defense Collaboration Services (DCS), an open-source collaboration platform on SIPRNet and NIPRNet: 8.5 million SLOC across multiple data centers.
    • DCS supports 1M+ active users in 90+ countries, with 30K concurrent users.
    • DCS received the DoD Value Engineering Award for performance and cost savings.
    • Led enterprise-wide systems engineering and portfolio management.
    • Developed secure cloud infrastructure and led an enterprise-wide application migration using CI/CD and DevSecOps.

  • NOAA, NASA & Space Force

    Satellite ground systems cybersecurity, AI/ML and DevSecOps

    • Secured 15 FISMA systems for satellite ground systems comprising over 20K devices, including GOES-R and JPSS.
    • Implemented NIST SP 800-53 security requirements and supported the RMF.
    • Maintained security through development and operations.
    • Incorporated AI into cybersecurity processes, including RAG solutions for security documentation.
    • ML-based IDS/IPS for malware detection in encrypted traffic, and ML log analysis to enhance threat detection and response.

    AI initiatives

    • Applied ML to heterogeneous information and conducted cybersecurity research.
    • Product / R&D (self-funded): Agentic Digital Twin from Legacy Artifacts, internally developed; in discussions with DoW customers.
    • AI/ML (CNN) system supporting vision corrective surgery, including LASIK, PRK and cataract procedures.
    • Agentic system for claims management between hospitals and payers.
