No single contract holder has exclusive rights to provide any given technology or service under SEWP.

Contracting Officers and authorized procurement officials request quotes and issue orders through the official NASA SEWP Portal.

All formal Requests for Quote (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Market Research Requests (MRRs) must be processed through the NASA SEWP QRT. Select iCES Corporation as a Category C contract holder.

Order processed by the SEWP PMO
Orders are submitted through the SEWP PMO. iCES cannot begin fulfillment until the order has been processed and assigned a valid SEWP Control Number (SCN).

Once the SCN is issued, iCES begins performance, with dedicated technical and customer care support throughout.
