The NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services to all Federal Agencies and authorized Government contractors.

In accordance with FAR 16.505(b), the SEWP VI contract provides Federal Agencies with fair opportunity to consider all contract holders. Ordering Officers must give fair opportunity to all Category C contract holders within the applicable NAICS code and business size set-aside before placing an order exceeding the micro-purchase threshold. No single contract holder has exclusive rights to provide any given technology or service under SEWP.

Ordering Information & Guidelines

1. Quote Request Tool (QRT): All formal requests for quotes (RFQs), information requests (RFIs), and market research requests (MRRs) must be processed through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) on the official SEWP Portal.

2. SEWP Control Number (SCN): Contract holders cannot begin fulfillment of any order until it has been officially processed by the SEWP PMO and assigned a valid SEWP Control Number (SCN).
