INCOSE – The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) is a not-for profit membership organization founded to develop and disseminate the interdisciplinary principles and practices that enable the realization of successful systems. Mr. Ghafari has been a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) organization for many years. Mr. Ghafari is a former president of INCOSE WMA where he helped develop its Handbook and Body of Knowledge, the SE Guidebook, Certification and SEBOK.
AFCEA International – The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) is an association which connects government and the industry through IT.
